I undersand that, but when your hands are in, which is when you spin faster and then you let your hands out, yes you slow down, but for the first moment they will be going faster then when they were in because your body is still spinning fast and your hands are trying to catch up to the center of your chest because they are lagging behind

I thought you wanted a simple explanation.

No! You are told NOT to "Scoop the ball" or "Flip at it" this is entirely different. These faults are related to the "Reverse C" where the weight is towards the back foot with the legs hips and spine leaning backwards forming a reverse C shape and the wrists being flipped under the ball.

What I refer to is a method of "Delivering" the club through the ball at impact. The "Puck" method creates good club head speed while keeping the leading edge facing the target slightly longer. It is an alternative to rotating the forearms through release to square up the clubface (although there will still inevitably be some amount of forearm rotation), this can be difficult to control as it needs good timing to be effective. The other advantage is that the Puck release allows you to hit hard with your right hand without the fear of over rotation of the wrists.

Think again of my analogy of the ice hockey player and the way they propel the "Puck" forward

          Give it a try?
