I am so frustrated with my game right now. I'm hitting my fairway woods and driver pretty well and consistent. Most have a slight draw. My problem is with my irons. I was teeing off on a 140yd par three today and when I swung my ball shot out to the right about 40 yards. I mean to the right almost like a shank. I sat there for a moment wondering what in the world had I just done. I teed up another ball but fear and apprehension set in still wondering why I had just done that. The next ball was fine but again on a couple more holes even from the fairway I did the same thing. I have to believe my clubface is wide open at impact to do this..i guess? Or am I cutting across the ball? I have no clue what I'm doing but now my swing with my irons just doesn't feel right although i'm still hitting my woods fine....makes no sense...any suggestions fellas?
