Okay, I need some help figuring out what I'm doing with my driver. Lately I've had a very high launch (15 to 18 degrees; Current driver is a 10.5 degree Adams with a NVS shaft) so in a effort to figure out what I'm doing I put impact tape on the face and found out that the ball is hitting on the lower half of the face. I've tried changing the height of the tee, ball position and I've also used an inside approach to make sure I wasn't coming in to steep to the ball but all I get is an impact that is low on the face. Any suggestions on what I'm doing and how to change it?

Re: Driver Problems
check to see if the club is getting to the ball before wrists. Without a wrist pronate you will get those weak high fliers... It can get so bad that all your irons will go about the same distance...
As you can tell I speak from experience

Re: Driver Problems
You may have the ball too far forward. The club has passed the bottom of its arc and is rising while hitting steeply upwards on the back of the ball, this will encourage a hit low down on the face and a high launch angle.
Tee the ball high and in line with your left armpit (around 2/3 inches inside your left heel) Don't ground the club at address, hover it just off the ground, try and sweep the ball of the tee while leaving the tee in the ground.
Also, make sure your left wrist stays straight through impact.
