One thing I will say is I get offended if people call it luck. I busted my A$$ to get where I am If you only knew the amount of time and effort I have put in over the last year, you would understand where I am coming from a little better. personlly I eat out only one day a week, drink soda only one day a week, drink beer only one day a week, eat meat only one day a week, and the other six days I make almost all my own food, do exercises, read, and write among many other things. I have a cheat day, friday, cause I know no one can be perfect
So call that luck if you will but I work very hard at it and improving myself.
as far as natural remedies, some people need to clean out their bodies first and foremost. Fasting is known and documented to have great health benefits. just two weeks ago I fasted for four days and lost ten pounds. I felt good the whole time and had plenty of energy. I needed less sleep then normal and functioned great. I also know I had to work my way up gradually, started off first fasting for saturdays only on juice and water. I did that about 10 times before I tried an extended fast.
People get diseases from toxins and viatamin defeciency. why do they have deficiency? because toxins build up and block the absorbtion of vitamins, so they must first clean out to remove the blocks and then they can get rid of what ails them. so natural remedies often dont work because the lack a vitamin and even taking those vitamins is futile because the block will not allow the vitamins to enter the body where they need to and that is why pee comes out so strong in color when taking viatamins, the nutrients were not absorbed. Vitmins are digested throughout specific places in our body, so if you have a block in your stomach then the vitamins that are to be digested there will not be no matter how much you take. I tried natural remedies, chinese herbs, etc,.... and none worked, but cleaning myeelf out and doing other things have. I have been down many roads when it comes to my health and I did that for many years When I started changing my habits I got results, call that luck if you will.
also, back in the old days when peple went to the doctors the doctor would ask, how is your mind. a large portion of our sickness come from the mind, so people getting their head screwed on straight works wonders for their health.
as far as golf, I dont think there is a perfect swing or a perfect way to live life. I can use 3 swings and get results so why would I think one of those is perect? I know which one I think is mot effecient but I also know, for me, it is not as accurate as one of the others. Call me fortunate or lucky on that one too, but how did I get so lucky? I took the time to learn.
