I guess this best describes what I was talking about in my previous thread in matters of starting the downswing with lower body before the backswing is finished. It has improved my distance and accuracy remarkably, the arms are passive in the downswing, so a 'feeling' of lag is there - whether or not I'm actually accomplishing lag is unknown.

Something I've been doing completely wrong is on page 5 you're suposed to roll your right foot, I've been doing it the incorrect way of lifting my heel for balance, this makes alot of sense now since I was thinning some shots at the range.
