I have his Putting Bible and that seems to cover about everything on putting and a bit more.

I found reading Dr. Bob Rotella's book on putting really helped me.

It's not instructional, it helps you with the mental part of the game.

Putting out of your mind is what it's called

        I concur with jpmonkey69.

You can putt however you like physically. Brad Faxon practices putting with a driver, wedge and the toe of his putter. He also varies his stance by imitating the knock-kneed Palmer, then the upright Crenshaw, then the stabby Seve, ball forward, back, open stance, closed stance. Doesn't make a blind bit of difference. He still putts well all of these ways, so it's 99% between the ears. You can even putt well with your eyes closed or whilst looking at the hole.

My advice? Forget instructional putting books. Go with Rotella. Made a massive difference to my putting after reading and re-reading it over the course of 12 - 18 months. I now no longer fear putting and on my good days I hole out from anywhere. On my not so good days I may 3-putt once.
