If you're hooking the irons, the club face is getting closed prior to and through impact. If the ball position on the irons is OK, make sure you're hitting down through the ball. Really try to feel as if you're squeezing the ball forward. Don't be afraid to take a divot, in fact aim to do that on every iron shot (shallow not huge). The feeling of staying 'on top' of iron shots and striking downwards is a good one to have as it tends to stop the club head from getting ahead of the hands prior to impact. Give it a go and really drill the ball with all the irons in the bag!
