Thanks for all the replies and links to some good sites I hadnt found yet.
I stumbled across a video of my swing I made when I was hitting my best.My avater pic is a snapshot from that video. I compared the two and noticed before I was set up with my hands higher and farther from my body and feet were a little wider. I tried that set up and my backswing almost fixed itself.
It seems my wider stance is keeping my crazy knees a little more in control also. Im not where I want to be but am getting closer .
