Re: comment my swing please!!!
You are pulling the club way, way too far inside on the backswing, and the face is dead shut (closed).
Lay a club along the target line behind you at your toes line, half way back when the club is parallel to the ground, your club should be directly over that club with the toe of club point up.
The shut face is probably your grip, looks strong but hard to see at that angle, but it is hard to imagine a face that shut could be anything but a bad grip. To give an idea of how bad that is, do your swing and stop at the top, hold the club as still as you can and turn your body ninety degree to the right (basically face backwords) now drop your hands and arm straight down to the ground, see how wacked your club is, correct top of swing position would return you to pretty much the same position you were in at address.
Lets start there and correct these two aspect then see where we are, go from there.

Re: comment my swing please!!!
At first glance it looks smooth. But after a deeper look, it appears that you are not in control of the club. It looks like you let yourself be carried by the club as you swing it. It flops back at the top, it swings through weakly, it continues to flop around on the finish. You appear to swing your body in a sort of bell-like way. You use a very strong grip. You bring the club back very far and bring it down almost over the top. I swung like that at some point, it's not very effective and not very precise either.
I think that your intention is to not use your hands because you fear that manipulating the club will rob you of some power. The result is a loose swing without much control and without much precision as a result. Is this analysis correct? If not, then what follows below is not exactly a solution but you can still try some of it. If it is correct, then read below for something to try.
First, change your mind about manipulating the club with your hands. The only part of your body that touches the club is your hands. You have no other means to control it. You can't control it with your feet or your head, you must use your hands. Manipulating the club is the same as controlling the club. Don't be scared of taking control of the club. Anyway, controlling the club is the only way you can do what you want with it. In this case, it's to strike the ball properly.
Use a neutral grip. As you begin to learn how to manipulate the club to control it, you will find that a strong grip is not so compatible with that kind of technique. A neutral grip allows greater control of the club that way.
Bend your right leg and keep it bent on the backswing. It will do a whole bunch of good things such as for your posture, back, power, control, etc. you can use it to push for power. You can use to move up for control. You can use it to tilt your hips forward for a solid posture. You can use it to straighten your back for a solid posture. All good things.
Swaying your body like that, like a bell, don't do it please. Instead, use your arms to propel the club. Use your arms to bring the club up to the top. To bring it down on the downswing, to strike the ball. Etc. After you have had some practice with that, then use a bit of your lower body to propel the club. But first, you must be in control of the club with your hands and your arms. If you are not in control of the club with your hands and arms, it will be that much more difficult to propel the club with the lower body.
Bear in mind, everything you do when you swing the club has one purpose: To strike the ball properly to send it to your target. Unless you don't want to strike the ball properly or don't want to send it to your target? Controlling the club will provide you with a greater potential for precision. Precision to strike the ball properly. Strike the ball properly to transfer as much momentum from the club to the ball. Transfer maximum momentum to send it a good distance with little effort. Also to send it straight or as straight as possible. The alternative is to strike the ball badly to send it anywhere and everywhere.
When you strike the ball badly, you lose accuracy and power. The reason accuracy is lost is obvious. The reason power is lost is because the club did not transfer all of its momentum to the ball. Some of its momentum was used to twist the clubhead. Any power used to twist the clubhead is power lost that could otherwise have been used to propel the ball. The farther away from dead center contact is made, the more power is lost.
So, if any technique you use happen to not help you make proper contact, think of another technique that will help you make proper contact. Even if it means trying something that you're not supposed to do. Practice.

Hello Goldfinch:
In addition to some of the other tips suggested, I would really try to work on your tempo. Your backswing seems almost faster than your downswing which is why there is no pop to your shot.
Try slowing down the first part of your backswing which should help with the "dragged inside" action you now exhibit. Just take the clubhead straight back for the first 18 inches using your shoulders and arms in one piece like a triangle.
In a proper golf swing the backswing to downswing time ratio is about 3/1.
Yours is more like 1/1. You would think that 1/1 would give a good tick toc rythym to the swing but golf is illogical. You actually need more time going back to allow the body to shift (another thing missing) to the right leg and get loaded behind the ball. You do not reverse pivot but you are not allowing the proper weight transfer on the backswing.
I think adressing your tempo issues will help.
Good luck,
Tim S
