My swing

My swing has been off latley. I am hitting behind the ball and chunking it every time on iron shots. Then if i do make solid contact, im not getting much distance. Then when im driving I had the ball forward (inside left foot) and i was hitting low liners without much distance. I tried moving it back a little and now i sky it. Either i cant get solid contact. the ball seems to just drop out of the sky. Any feedback would be great.
