I recommend either Putfile - Share Your Photos and Videos for Free! or Viddler.com - Upload, Enhance, Share. Both have video playback quality that is superior to YouTube, and both allow blind URL privacy, if you don't care to have your video visible to everyone who is browsing the site. With blind URL, your video can only be viewed by those who have the URL, and doesn't come up in searches.

I wish more people would use this site to upload their swings. I cant get youtube here at work and enjoy watching peoples swings. I can watch the swings uploaded directly to this site though.
