Anyone have any experience with the Vijay drill where he places a headcover under his left arm and attempts to swing without it falling down? What is he trying to accomplish and would this be a good thing to try?
Also, he does it with the right arm as well. What different thing is he trying to do here also?
I understand about keeping the arms connected but what exactly does this accomplish?
