I read an article recently in a golf mag about the split-hands method of putting as advocated by Paul Trevillion. I was intrigued by this and went out and bought his book, Missing Impossible (29p from Amazon - honestly). I have been trying this method recently and it does work! It does look a bit strange though - I have to really crouch over. Has anyone else tried this method and if so what did you think of it? He says that he hasn`t missed a putt from 4 feet in for nearly 30 years! It`s hard to believe but if that is true, then that`s some achievement.

Bend way down to the floor with the right arm and hand hanging down and if you bent far enough, you should find the arm only wanting to move back and forth. You will feel the right palm headed towards your target.
I am just too old with a bad backto adopt to that method, but it works.
