    Re: Making golf too difficult

Golf is like any other sport. You have people who are great, good, fair, poor, bad, ugly. In other sports you find your place very quickly, in golf your ego gets in the way.

Firstly happy new year to everyone.
      Kevin McDonald 3SK PGA here.
Just replying to a comment made by lowpost42 a few comments back. The 3skillsgolf method does deal with chipping. You will find it in the 'Nail It' book by Joe Hagan PGA.
Good golfing to you all in 2008.

I can safely say that I hit the ball 99.95 percent of the time. Rarely do I miss it. Does that make me a good golfer?

One should hit the ball square on the club face, with the club face perpindicular to the target line and with the club shaft tilted at an angle that gives one the desired trajectory at a given club head speed to cause the ball to land a given distance away at a desired location. Simple.
