    Hi Michael,

Did you mean to post a video?

Sounds like you need to work on maintaining your spine angle through the swing. Try to rotate around your spine so that you minimise sway, you should also check that your knees are maintaining their flex through the swing.

Go to this link and look at the "Maintain Spine Angle Drill"

Both your problems may be results of weak setup positions, and in particular your posture.

Having bad angles and balance at setup will make it extremely difficult to have good ones (and maintain them) during the backswing and downswing.

Find a mirror, window, or camera and see that your posture is correct at setup. If you draw a line on most pros in the down the target line view at setup a line will go down from the shoulders into the knee caps, and then down into the balls of the feet. This shows that the body is balanced with the major joints stacked above one another and lining up. Hold a club in your finger tips from the center of your back shoulder and check your reflection to make sure it hangs over the tip of your knees and balls of your feet. If it doesn't adjust your posture accordingly.
