    Biggest problem with chipping is wrist break down and clubhead passing the hands. The cure get that right wrist bent back at address and make the stroke leaving it that way, the only way the clubhead can pass the hands is if the right wrist strightens out, so just don't let that happen. Your hands will stay ahead of the ball and you will make a much more solid chip stroke.

        I used to have a fantastic short game...up and down from under the 4x4 in the car park...but just like the putters who get the yips.....chipping yips...but its worse. 3 years of hell and a rising handicap until Shawn Clement on U Tube demonstrated the flying wedge technique. ...cured...chips, pitches, everything. Maintain the right wrist angle.
        Check out Shawn Clement...he is the best teacher full stop. I wish I lived in Toronto Canada....
