You must be speed readers to have made it through all the posts, discussions and answers. My approach is that we have mental toolboxes we carry. To believe you know all there is to know about a subject and dismiss it so quickly and find nothing of use for your toolbox is a little....well you know.

It's just that after all these years, I have an instinct about these things; snake oil salesmen are a dime a dozen-not saying he is or anything like that, just don't need to waste my time on stuff that doesn't interest me. No offense meant and hope none taken.

Just passing. I did not post this just for an off hand dismissal by you two( who strangely seem to be just about the only ones keeping this site limping on)I posted it for discussion. You two benefit from holding a fair bit of say here, with your opinions carrying weight. When you dismiss something like this with out any reasonable contribution, you take with you others less experienced . Well congratulations, you squashed any great discussion on anything a professional long driver may have had to offer (freely). It was a long post and would have benefited from you giving it some time. After all isn't this category about long driving ?

And I saw no reference to selling anything let alone snake oil. This was feely given and took many many hours of his time. No wonder your moderators are under worked

Would you have been happier if I had said nothing? I gave an honest opinion, if my opinion was not to your or anyone elses liking then I am sorry but it was genuine, I do not do consilitory just honest.

I had a look despite Brian's opinion and I guess most people will as well.

Although I'm nor a long hitter, at the moment distance per se is not a major concern (if I hit it any longer I'd be further into the woods) but it looks as if there may be some interesting articles once you get behind the long distance forum so thanks for posting the link.

Just passing by and checking in, my advice for driver distance(although I have exhausted this site with my other ramblings on same) is to get off your right side on the downswing, clear those hips, and fire down the line. This all assuming one has made a full pivot and wrist hinge on the backswing.
