The best thing I ever did for myself (and my swing) was to buy a Swing Speed Radar. The first thing you learn is that a 'Gorilla Swing' is slow - that you can produce the same speed by swinging easy. The other thing you learn is what your driver swing speed really is. It's easier to reshaft properly when you know what you need.
What Radar did you get? Any particular brand or type you can recommend?
Thanks for all the suggestions. I actually played golf today. I shot a 112 .
I noticed that whenever the ball didn't go very far, even with the irons, I could feel it as soon as it left the club. Whenever I hit the ball on the sweetspot I could also feel it.
I had trouble getting the ball airborne with my driver. It is a 10.5 degree loft Wilson Fatboy. How can I adjust my swing to get under the ball more?
Also, I need some new irons because my old ones are cut down and I have now outgrown them. What do you reccomend for around $200 for a set? I'm thinking Adams Tight Lies GT. They can be found on ebay for cheap.

You do not want to get 'under' the ball with your driver. You are looking to hit the ball as you start your upswing.
First off, where is the ball in your stance? The ball should be positioned inside your left heel when hitting your driver to ensure you are not striking down on the ball as well as your driver in longer than the rest of your clubs so it needs a bit longer time to unload.
If you ball position is correct, then I would suggest that you probably have a slide in your swing. As you are sliding towards your target, you are essentially moving the bottom of your swing towards the target. Depending on the severity of the slide, the bottom you your swing could possibly move as far as the outside your front foot.

If you like the heads you have, you may want to reshaft your current irons. Should cost about $80 - $120 to reshaft the set.
As for nice used irons, you might be able to pick up a set of Ping Eye 2's if you watch eBay carefully. The Maxfli Revolutions can also be had for a couple hundred bucks and are defintely quality sticks.

I have been moving the ball around in my stance to try to correct the problem, but it usually is right inside my left foot. How can I correct the slide?
I don't really like the heads I have now anyways, so I'd just assume get a new set.

Stand between two (closed) umbrellas stuck in the ground about 1-2 inches away from your hips and make some swings, you should only be tipping the umbrellas, if you are smacking into them you are swaying (and probably not turning)
ccould be topping it, big slices, high and short
depends on what else you are doing to try and compensate for it (swing plane, angle, club face, ball position, etc)
more than likely you will have a different result from each shot with ****py contact.
