For some reason my driver, 3 wood and 5 wood all travel the same distance, all the time. I seem to strike the ball the same with all three, but gain no distance. What could be the problem?

Without seeing what you are doing, or have anything else to go on other then what you said, the most common reason is lack of acceleration through impact.
If you are letting the club just swing without your hands being the last to release their cocked position, then you will have a contsant speed through impact, or no acceleration. The ball will be hit, yes, but won't make it travel in the arch the club was designed -- driver low, but holding that position for a while, the 3w higher and a little rise in it arch, and the 5w higher still and more rise through its arch.
If you see the same tragectory on all the clubs, then this is probably the reason.
This does not mean you swat hard at the ball with your hands. It means that you need to add a little more hand release at impact. Do the other things you are doing now: Very little hip rotation back, full hip rotation through. Full shoulder turn back and through. Arms extending as far away from your body as you can get the, while maintain good balance.
Your hands need to set fully at the top, and release fully at the bottom.
