  • Heavy-headed driver?

Can anyone recommend a driver with a particularly heavy head that's not too expensive? I've got 4 drivers and can't hit any of them, it feels as if I'm trying to hit the ball with an empty coke tin on the end of a long stick.

have you tried any of the Taylormade changeable weight ones?... I'm not too sure who else does clubs like this, why not pop down your proshop... ?

Or if you want, try making your own!

Ashton created the MS-5 in 5 different configurations, including heavyweight (the MS-5 HW). It's up to 10g heavier than conventional driver heads. http://www.ashtongolf.com/prod_ms5.htm

          Contact Tim at www.myostrichgolf.com

I know he's shipped overseas before.

Or contact Cliff at www.ashtongolf.com - I'm sure he can point you to someone, or possibly ship directly to you.

i have the glf smith snake eye 653D it is a 202g head and it has 3 weight ports. if you put 12g in eash port that is a 238g head, don't think you need anything heavier than that.
