  • Health Farms And The Wife!!!!!!

I have just got back from my annual "keep her indoors happy" holiday. This time it was a health farm.

14 days of being boiled alive, covered in various discusting chemicals, running (I'm 42 for gods sake), NO SMOKING CIGARS, AAARRGH, and various other activities which I can only describe as being against all human rights laws in the world.

The food, if you want to call it that, I wouldn't feed to my sons rabbit.

Needless to say I lost 2 pounds and feel GREAT!!!

Got home , clubs in car, straight to the club house for Pie and Chips, a beer and the biggest cigar they sell. Didn't play, do that tomorrow.

Last year I managed to get her to go to "Clowance Golf and Country Club"

They have a web site, My wife and Daughter spent all day in the pool and having all sort of "mud" splashed over them, then sauners etc.

Me and my Son played golf every day on the little nine hole course £50 for a week ticket, play as much as you like. He is only nine and it was just great.

I would recomend this holiday to anyone.

Log cabin in the woods, sit on the patio with a big cigar, barby going with a beer thinking about tomorrows round.

As part of the professional association my wife belongs to, there is an annual event we attend every year. It's great - the business pays for spa services for her, and 18 holes at some of the finest golf courses in Ontario for me.

I only go on holiday to places I can either play or practice golf. I check the places out VERY carefully and don't even consider it otherwise. I don't see the point of going somewhere where golf is not on the agenda!!!

We normally take our local holiday at Sun City where I practice for 2 hours and play 18 holes every day for 7 days and then work on my short game until its too dark to see!

Once a year (sometimes 18 months) we go the States. The kids spend all day at the Parks and I spend all day, every day for 3 weeks, at the range and playing golf. Orlando has so many golf courses it's scary! I go to Edwin Watts and hit every club they have and buy a couple of them to take home.

It's funny ... in Cape Town (about 50 mi x 50 mi) there are only 16 golf courses and 8 ranges. Orlando has that within spitting distance of any traffic intersection.

Don't do "healthy" holidays either - its golf course food, coke and chocolates. The more unhealthier it is the better.

Hope none of my students come to this site!!!

Oh, she does ... sort of.

It pisses her off that all I want to do is 'golf' but do you think I really care? After all, I am the Boss and what I say goes. Yeah right ...

                I like your attitude,

You don't interfear with her washing, she doesn't interfear with your golf.

My wife is pretty good really she lets me play when I want.

Have a good day, mine is just starting 7.30am and at the office already.

My wife was resentful that I got to go out all the time and she was stuck in the house. Once she found something she was interested in (she signed up for pilates classes) she has turned a new leaf. Now I don't have to beg to go golfing when one of the boys calls with a tee time!!!

^ I fear I'm in danger of running the same course unless my wife picks up some extra curricular activity.
