  • which side to play?

I am a beginner in golf game. At my very beginning I felt I should play from reverse side. I am right handed and I started to play like a left handed. It was not able to me imagine to play from the normal side (right foot to target direction).
My friend, (btw. your course attendant) saw my pivot and said, that it will be better for me to swing like left handed.
But recently I have seen Peter Croker's video called “Preventing Impact Breakdown” and some other videos and DVD and during the drill I have realized relevance of “Pushing action”.
Now I am not sure if am I on the right path, because of dominant role of the left hand in this pushing action.

My question is, how can I identify which side is better for me?
And, if it is possible to have a perfect swing from reverse side.

a right handers left foot would be towards the target. My friend, (btw. your course attendant) saw my pivot and said, that it will be better for me to swing like left handed.
pivots should be no different left or right unless your not comfortable with it. My question is, how can I identify which side is better for me?
And, if it is possible to have a perfect swing from reverse side. use what is comfortable with and what gives you good impact, as for perfect swing hahahaha youll never be happy lol. phil michelson is right handed oh but wait he dont have a perfect swing either just look at the last major he played in. seriously use what is comfortable, you could give us more info too like age size how long you been playin ect.
