    i am pretty new here as well. The problem is that i keep topping the ball. My left shoulder goes up even when i am looking at the ball. My spine angle is the same as well. Its just the left shoulder which lifts right before impact due to tension at the left shoulder. Everything else seems normal. How to correct this fault, or is it some other mistake?

    Re: thin shots

    You should start considering your right shoulder. As you are rotating around your spine which is tilted forward your right shoulder should be dropping down and passing under your chin in the downswing. Try and consider your left shoulder is pressed up against a wall when you are at the top of your backswing and it cannot move forward.

          You are probably not transferring your weight to your front foot properly in the downswing.

            That or swaying.
            Swaying gives you both fat and thin shots....

              Yes, that's correct but the swaying creates poor weight transfer and reverse pivots.

                Well Id say its 6 of one and half dozen of the other.
                You can transfer your weight back and forward but sway at the same time...

                @OP,
                Try to keep your weight on the insides of your feet (inside right on back swing, inside left on downswing)
