A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.
I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.
For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.

Re: pitching wedge length
As mentioned before, handicap has nothing to do with it....the simple truth is that we all have different swings, your swing speed may be faster coming down than his....I carry a total of 4 wedges, I hit my wedges longer than most people can hit an 8-9 iron. I was playing last week and was hitting a 60 degree wedge from 140 yards, granted it was downhill to a green with a little tail wind...it actually made the shot feel like 100 yards to me....But I played a great deal of baseball in highschool and college so I accelerate down through the ball alot faster than most people. I don't swing my wedges to hit them hard, it just happens they go further than normal. Don't worry about what someone is saying, if you know you can hit it that far with a wedge, than you do....worry about YOUR game and not someone's opinion.
