Chipping: Turn your feet 45 degrees toward your target. Ball should be fopposite your right ankle, hands should be in front of your left thigh, clubface straight at your target. The key is to keep your hands well in front of the clubface through impact.

Just hit down on the back of the ball. KEEP YOUR HANDS IN FRONT. That's the real key. I always take divots on chips, believe it or not. But it's an easy as pie shot when you set up properly.

get 15 balls or so and put one about 5 feet in front of you, chip the ball with his technique to the ball 5 feet...it should roll past it some now hit the next ball to the 2nd ball, it should roll past, chip to that one and on and on do this alot and you will get the feel of your chipping distance
