We will assume that when you align the text on the ball, you are doing this part accurately. I think the problem probably occurs when you try and align the putter face to the ball. A good dway of solving this is to have a line on the back of your putter to help you witht hye alignment. You can do this as a temporary measure by adding a strip of white tape or somethig similar. The photo below showes an Odyssey putter with a black line. I think something like this would help you align the face of the putter to the text on the ball and thus sink more putts!!! Give it a go.
