hi this is my first post here
ill sart but talling u a bit bout me. im 15 and have been playing golf "on and off for a few years now althought i only play the small par 3 course atm coz i cant afford thefull course an my drives are not straight enouth yet.
but when i did go on my local full course (now its 27 holes in 3 9 hole sections) i found that i often ended up just off the edge of the green w/ a very long putt (or it seemed long for me) and i struggled with them.
a few weeks late i was talking to a mate who had came over the the stats whos plays alot of golf and she said that a good tip for this kinda off green putt was to use a 6 or 7 iron and use it as a putter and putt the shot. so next time i was faceing a long off green putt i tryed it out and it work great.
i think this is probaly one of the best tips i have ever been given so i thought i would share it with all you. if u have any feed back about it please tell me i would like to hear it
