Page for hackers?

I have noticed that most of the forums are dominated buy stuff for the lower handicap players. Is there any chance for a forum dedicated to hackers and high handicappers?

Some where for them to swap stories etc.

We already have the beginners forum. But I suppose there is a case for having a forum for higher handicap players. What to call it? Suggestions here please...
