I think we could have a chat room in this website so everymember online could discuss all about golf. I think this is a good idea. Forums are good, but a chat is easier and quicker. Thanks

The only drawback would be the largely international group here - half of us would hardly have a chance to chat with the other half.

I have been looking into this but I am slightly put off by the fact that they are hard to monitor. Will keep you all updated.

Chatroom sounds kl, but I think if you could advertise this website more and get more people. Dosen't seem to be that many people, maybe i'm mistaken?

Hi Mike,

Always looking at affordable ways to advertise and promote GTO, but with over 23,000 members there are not many golf sites with such a big member base. I am currently looking into a monthly newsletter that would be emailed to all members. This would help remind those people who have not logged in for a while on what they are missing out on.

I use to help on a irc forum ags ago that added i chatroom to it. What they did was take a handful for trusted members to monitor the chats on a regular basic. just any idea. hope it helps.
