Yes, lots of them. If you have a good instructor then it can help you a lot. Take in what he teaches you and make sure you ask questions if you don't understand anything. -

Important thing is to keep doing drills of what you learnt so it starts happening without having to think about it.
Thats the mistake I made after I had lessons about a year ago. For a few weeks I was doing great, then I slowly slipped into my old bad habits and ended up forgetting everything I was taught.
