Re: My Official Handicap

Well it took them long enough and after plenty of harassment by myself, they finally reviewed my handicap and have admitted someone added it up wrong.

The HC secretary gave his assistant some handicaps to work out and he seemed to have a problem with adding them up.

So my new reviewed handicap is 17.

Thats a huge relief, I still think its a little low for my ability but I am confident I will be shooting nearer that handicap soon.

Thanks again for all input and advice. It does seem weird that a sport that has the same rules all over the world can have so many different systems for working out handicaps.

All just in time as well as I have the club championship qualifers this weekend, 2 rounds over Sat/Sun. This will also be my first competition rounds <gulp>.
