The missing link, hacker, is a 7w or 3i.

The modern 4i is 24° and the modern 5w is 18° - the modern 3i/7w/3h is 21° (all give or take a degree).

Certainly another club is in order, provided you're not taking a scoring club out of the bag to do it.
