I'd say it's largely dependent on where you're at and what you're doing. If you've good mechanics and are relatively fit, then I'd say you're probably stuck. -

Making solid contact is more important than increasing swing speed. You will have a natural tempo that will be difficult to change so try to make the best of it.Comment
