  • fade on ball at end of drive

    Hello eveyone.
I have a problem when i tee off. it is on the last quarter distance of my drive when my ball fades, it rarely stays on the fairway. I use a ping G10 driver 10.5 with draw. any suggestions.

    hi Big Sam
i think you need to tell us more about your swing and are you trying to hit a fade or a draw. do you stand open or closed.
does the ball start out on line then fade. how much does it fade.
when you set up is the face of the club closed a little.
    cheers
    Bill

Your fade is caused by the clubface being open at impact. This may be due to you not releasing through the ball and holding your wrists in an open position, it be due to the ball being too far back in your stance and it may be that your driver shaft is not correct for your swing speed.
