    David Blair Instruction

    Hi all,

    New to the site (though not to the game, 3 years in now!) and loving it... some great threads!

    I'm doing my first post on David Blair and have a question about him.

    I was up at the driving range last night and got talking to one of the boys up there and he mentioned he's starting listening/taking guidance from DB. The guy at the range plays off 7 so I thought it must be good advice (I play off 12 myself.)

    If anyone has an opinion or advice regarding to wether to follow the advice of DB then please let me know. (DB seems to advocate cocking wrists early on btw.)

    Hello and welcome.

    In my opinion David Blair is a great coach and his golf instruction is first class. He does not advocate an early wrist hinge but rather a loose wrist hinge.

    If you want to learn more about him go to 'Youtube' and search on David Blair 'swingbuild golf' He has an excellent set of instructional videos there.

      ForceyBoy, Just ordered David Blair DVD. Will keep you informed. I aam excited. I am 81, trying to get my swing back. His approach looks intriguing. Nalla

          The videos have been removed from YouTube. Their are some on his own website though.
