  • Soreness in the right arm

I live in the northeast (Rhode Island) and as some of you may know we had about a foot of snow. No golf since Nov. This past weekend my son and I took a ride to a driving range in Mass. to hit some balls in an enclosed area with heated stalls. Woke up this morning with some good pretty soreness in my right arm. Especially in the bicep are. Now I have always had a problem with coming over the top. Maybe the soreness in my arm is telling me something. Could the soreness mean I am using my right arm which may be causing the OTT. I'm wondering what you guys might think. Also no soreness in the left arm.
    Thanks
