Heard on Talk Sport today that some geezer has won an Ebay auction and is going top caddy for one of the players at the Open.
Is it a good idea to have an inexperienced person caddying at a major? He has had a crash caurse in golf rules and etiquette, dodgey to say the least.

I would like to think that someone who bids for this is a keen golfer themself, but it could be a complete disaster if they are just rich and doing it for a laugh.
