    Tiger Woods

    A great player and a gentleman off the golf course BUT what about his behaviour on the golf course ?

    Swearing, spitting, shouting, chucking clubs about.

    It's actually quite embarrassing watching him at times. For instance at the World Series last week, there was this close up of him gozzing (UK slang for spitting). It wasn't very nice. Even the commentators said it was an awfull habit to have.

    He needs to watch Phil Mickelson or Ernie Els and learn how to behave on a golf course !

    Tiger's mannerisms are under a microscope because he IS THE STORY. You don't think other golfers spit? They do, but they don't have a camera in their face all the time. I won't proclaim that he is the top poster child for GQ, but their are many, many pros that swear, **** clubs, beat the turf, etc. much more often than Tiger. For his age, I think he handles himself quite well.

      I actually like how passionate he is when he plays. To me at least, it makes him seem like me and my buddies on the golf course, he gets angry just like us!

        I've seen David Duvall spit but can't recall anybody else.

          Lessee, I think I do all of the above - but try to control myself in tournaments.
