  • 3 Birdies IN A ROW!!!

Ironically, I shot an atrocious last 4 holes. I was 3 over through 9, then on the back I went

    bogey
    bogey
    Birdie
    Birdie
    Birdie
    bogey
    bogey
    TRIPLE BOGEY!?
    bogey

    Lol, not ONE single par.

    Finished with a 78.

The birdie streak was actually just an amazing feeling. The first birdie was a 6 iron from 160 into a 25 km wind and elevated green and I made a 20 foot putt from the fringe. So Im all confident going into the next hole, and Its the toughest hole on the course, and its playing into a 25 km wind. Im scared. I pull out my 4 iron and stiff it to about 4 feet from 190. Make the putt. I give a fist pump to show my enthusiasm and excitement. Next hole, its the 3rd toughest hole the course, I hit my drive right and into the rough. Now I have about 195 into wind and I take out my rescue 5wood hybrid. I have water in front of the green and I proceed to hit it to about 8 feet. I make the birdie and I was in shock at what I was doing. Im normally shoot around 85 so this is awesome for me. After that I make a call and say Ive hit three straight birdies, and then.....I begin my downfall.

Great round overall for me. Im just pumped and confident for the next round.

so you were 5 over for one nine and then 1 over for the other 9 (assuming par 72) . real good. only focus on the good holes before your next round. think about how good they felt, especially the putts.

na its a par 70. Its still a pretty long course, like theres five par 5's and theres like extra par 3's. So i was actually 8 over but yeah on a par 72 i woulda been at an 80.
