Tee to hole yardage?

    Tee to hole yardage?

    If the marker on a tee says 147 yds, say from the white markers, does that mean to the pin or the front of the green? I have noticed on a few courses that the tee markers stay in the same positions but the pin moves from day to day. one hole inparticular the pin could move back 20 yds atleast.

    Then it's 147 yards from the middle of the tee box to the middle of the green.

    All yardages are to the middle of the green.
