Hello,
I have been playing golf since about a year ago. I wanted to know....what exactly is the deal with mulligans. Do you guys use them??? How are they allowed or not allowed?

How and when mulligans are used varies by person. They are basically an excues not to count a bad shot. Most golfers would be better served by keeping with reality and taking the mulligan out of their bag.
