  • alignment problems

Hi everybody . I have been playing golf for a few years now, usually during the summer and now go out at lest once a week. My problem seems to be aligning myself with the pin when playing iron shots. Usually hit hit straight but invariably to the left or right. Any tips on correct alignment with the pin would be much appreciated.

    Re: alignment problems

    standard alignment:
    1) stand behind the ball
    2) pick a spot about 10 feet in front of your ball that forms a line to the pin
    3) Move into the ball and set the CLUBHEAD FIRST
    4) Now set your feet
    5) swing

There is a tendency for most right handers to aim to far right.
