Before a round on any day of a stroke play competion you may not play on the same course.
You may however play stroke play befoe a match play comp.
See Rule 7-1

The Rule prohibiting this was mentioned above - 7-1.
I can find nothing in the Rules which permits the Committee to make an exception. Can you please provide the reference?
sir read appendix of ur rule book r and a or usga PART C PAGE 134.
Please don't be so aggressive.
I can see nothing on that page (quoted below) which permits the Committee to waive a Rule of Golf
PART C: CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
Rule 33-1 provides, “The Committee must establish the conditions under which a competition is to be played.” These conditions should include many matters such as method of entry, eligibility, number of rounds to be played, etc., that it is not appropriate to deal with in the Rules of Golf or this Appendix. Detailed information regarding these conditions is provided in “Decisions on the Rules of Golf” under Rule 33-1 and in “How to Conduct a Competition.”
However, I have reread the Note to Rule 7-1 and, providing that a 'Match' is considered to be 'practice', would agree that this might be interpreted as permitting a player to play a match on the course before a strokeplay competition. I must say, I have never seen this interpretation used as a CoC in a competition nor encountered anyone argue it. But as they say - never say never.
