I Finally Played a round

Guys,

Well, I played 9 holes anyway. I haven't played a round of golf in almost 20 years, I'm 44 years old. I've been hitting the driving range 3-5 times per week for 2 months. I didn't do too bad. I shot a 46. Hit 5 greens in regulation and made some good puts and 4 great approach shots. Even hit my driver decent without too bad a slice. Hit some drives straight. I need to work hard on my short game. Great fun. I shot better than I thought I would. I Love this game!!

The first time I played was 9 holes and I took 85 and it was a par 35. The next time I played the whole 18 par 70 and took 156 strokes. That course has closed down and I now play at a par 65 course and shoot in the 70's.
