    hi

    to be a golf pro, teaching or playing, you have to put the time in, its like any trade you have to learn the trade from the bottom up and even a asst-pro takes years. if your really want that then look to take at least 5 years of learning, before even getting close to being a playing pro. over here in uk we have loads of great player of scrach that cant get a ticket to play on tour and try year after year.

      Scratch isnt anywhere near good enough to be a tour pro, so that explains why they are trying year after year with no succes! :-)!

      People worked out that Tiger Woods handicap would be around +8, and an average tour pro would be off around +5, +6!

      All scratcn players yes are just as good as tour pros from the tee and long irons! Anyone can drive it 280 yards these days with good equipemt but its all the from 150 yards and in which is the difference!
