  • Blade or not Blade? thats the Qustion!

I am sure you have come across this question 100's of times this year alone! I use MP 32 Blades and realy like the feel and look of them, I took my old Ping i3's to the range today and I was hitting them a lot better than my Blades. Even the bad shots were better! so I will be taking the old set to the course this weekend to see if this was a one of or Blades are just too hard to hit right. has anyone had the same experaince?

Well it depends how good a ball striker one is I believe that a good player showed play with blades one can manuver the ball better. Pings are good clubs but caste irons do help but its tough to play different shot with them. Pings are hell and toe balanced clubs.

I've just bought the MP-60s. They have the feel and look of blades but have a little forgiveness when compared to the MP32's.

You can work the ball without a problem with these. I know when I have hit a bad shot even when I get away with it, unlike with the cavity backs.

I played with a set of X18's and found the ball flight too high and could not control the draw I got with them.

These are already knocking shots off my game, though I have lost 5 yards per club I have confidence in being able to hit the shot I want. I can't wait to book the custom fit session to reap the full benefits!

I would give these clubs a go if you want to find a compromise between a true blade and something that gives you forgiveness.
