Just a few questions regarding the Cobra Baffler hybrid….

I have a Cobra baffler Hybrid 4 (equivalent to a 4 iron) – I have a stiff flex steele – an amazing club – it is my favorite club. I need to add some more Cobras and I am wondering would the Cobra Hybrid 2 (I suppose equivalent to a 2 Iron) be markedly harder to hit then say a Baffler Hybrid 3, or even 4 for that matter….

Cobra has been making Hybrid for about 25 years – so when you buy a Baffler used – say off of ebay - or a demo – how can you determine how old and what generation of Baffler it is….

Finally, Cobra has come out with a new Baffler DWS – has any one tried it? I think my used Cobra – I bought it from a major golf retailer a few months ago may be relatively new since their inventory changes rapidly – it was $100.00 so I know it is not the newer version. I wonder if the club shaft was any bearing on the ease of hitting a club – say stiff graphite vs a stiff steele – for whatever reason I am developing a preference for the latter.

    Thanks,

    James

    hi james
agree with you that these are amazing clubs!
i play the 3R and 4rRregular shafts and have no problem hitting off a tee or off the fairway.
i used my 3R last week to drive on a 226yd par 3 and managed to hit the green 6 feet from the pin!
    what more could you want
see if you can demo one thats the only way you will know whether it suits your game or not.
