    Dobereimer's book does say about a decision that banned taking a 'practise stance' - that is, taking a stance in the bunker, changing your mind, and going to get a different club, etc - would not be allowed.

    Unhelpfully, I've left the book in my car and so can't directly quote from it, but will do later. Apols.

      Lowpost posted the answer and decisions (13-4/25 & 26) on 26 March.

        Fair cop, somehow, Lowpost's post was the only one for some reason I didn't say.

        That said, the conversation seemed to be continuing with several people's contributions- not quite sure why I got singled out? Oh well...
