  • swing type

there seems to be two different types of swing , arms (tail wagging dog ),and body ( dog wagging tail ).
i lack upper body strength, and for years struggled to muscle the ball down the fairway , with indifferent results. i am now trying to master the one plane swing that jeff mann refers to. being of slight build will this type of swing suit me better, and if so , any drills to stop me favouring my right side.

Bruin, if you're serious about the 1PS, head to www.oneplanegolfswing.com, sign up for the members vault, and start watching Chuck's videos.

    The man is outstanding.

I see this is an old post but thought I would reply anyway.
Try this link for some good tips. Moes swing looks different then what you see on tour now days but it does work. Moes is a one plane swing.

As far as favoring your right side....do you mean your falling back and not shifting your weight to your front foot?
