    Yes Scraggs, I think that may well be helping you.

    In match play we are playing for the hole and tend to blank out the rest of the course, this does assist with keeping focused on the NOW and not what has or may happen.

    I have found recently that getting the right mental approach makes such a real difference. Without going on too much things like conserving mental energy, getting the game in context, thinking of possible shots instead of can do can't do ones.
